In the first week of April, my FD challenge gave to me…

75 russian twists, 6 minutes of planking, 50 squats, 50 supermans, 400 various crunches, 30 modified burpees (then another 20 for good measure), 200 jumping jacks, 100 skater slides, 100 high knees, and an awesome FD video:
